These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between Nobotspls (“Nobotspls”, “we”, “us”) and the entity or person agreeing to these Terms (“you”, “Customer”). By accessing or using the Nobotspls API and related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.
The Service is intended for business use. You represent that you have authority to bind your organization. If you are an individual consumer, please contact us before using the Service.
You must maintain the confidentiality of your API keys. You are responsible for use of the Service through your keys. Notify us immediately of suspected compromise.
You determine the headers and fields you send. Do not send more personal data than necessary. We process request metadata to score bot risk; by default we do not persist raw payloads beyond transient processing, and we keep aggregated metrics for billing/abuse control (see Privacy Policy).
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) to charge your payment method per the plan you select. Prices and quotas are shown on the site and may change with notice. Fees are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for applicable taxes.
You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; service continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law or expressly stated, charges are non-refundable.
We strive for high availability but the Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or outages. We provide support according to your plan.
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service, models, and datasets we provide. You own your data. These Terms do not transfer intellectual property rights.
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SCORES ARE PROBABILISTIC AND NOT GUARANTEES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your data.
These Terms start when you first use the Service and continue until terminated. We may suspend or terminate for breach, security risk, non-payment, or legal compliance. Upon termination, your access ends; sections that by nature should survive do so.

You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with an effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
